@RawBeautyKristi Im so shocked your therapist would say that!! Mine is fucking amazing and Im currently engaged in CBT with her. Exposure therapy is the absolute best therapy for GAD. I still have a long way to go but I have come far. Please please please find a new therapist who uses CBT.

@hughlaurie It's something that can't be taught in a single lesson. Children need to be raised as free thinkers from a young age. Ppl of authority aren't always right & don't always have the answers. Its not wrong to question things, including ur teachers if something doesn't sound right.
