🚨🇺🇸🇳🇮 La comunidad nicaragüense-americana y, exiliada antisandinista expresamos nuestro profundo agradecimiento a las autoridades de @USCIS y al subsecretario de Estado de los Estados Unidos, @ChrisLandauUSA , por haber escuchado nuestras denuncias públicas sobre el paramilitar confeso Marlon Gerardo Sáenz Cruz, alias “Chino Enoc”.

En octubre de 2025, ante nuestra solicitud pública de revisar su permanencia en Estados Unidos, el subsecretario Landau respondió: “I will look into it!” (“¡Lo revisaré!”). Medios nicaragüenses documentaron posteriormente ese intercambio.

Hoy, 17 de agosto de 2026, circulan reportes de que Sáenz habría sido retenido por autoridades migratorias en Los Ángeles. DHS acaban de confirmar su retención migratoria.

Sáenz fue miembro del FSLN y ex agente de la temida Dirección General de la Seguridad del Estado (DGS) en los años 80, también paramilitar confeso en las protestas del 2018. El 9 de febrero de 2023 fue infiltrado en el avión de “Troya” de 222 como supuesto preso político por la administración Biden.

Como nicaragüenses-americanos comprometidos con la libertad y la justicia, sostenemos que Estados Unidos debe ser refugio para las víctimas de la represión, nunca santuario para quienes hayan participado en violaciones de derechos humanos.
