What an absolute farce Ive had with @amazon today!! Waiting of a callback.. why bother paying for prime when delivery dates are rearranged and they use royal mail... Then lie and say your product is unavailable yet on my amazon app it says its at my local delivery office...

@AmazonHelp It said that it was out for delivery... on @RoyalMail tracking it states that amazon have told them not to deliver it to my address. It is absolutely diabolical.. Almost £300 was taken before the items were dispatched and now I'm being messed around.

@AmazonHelp The local delivery office is closed at the moment but that does not help me when Ive waited for 2 parcels all day that I had notifications about to say they were being delivered. And now your customer service department are saying that the courier is lying. Uet on the amazon app
