The electronic payment system with various currencies, currently in the launch phase and carefully prepared by #JASMY, fits perfectly into the broader Japanese dynamic around the Cashless Vision, a national policy aimed at transforming payments, reducing dependence on cash, and preparing the economy for the digital era (DX).

The Japanese government envisions a society where electronic payments, whether mobile, card-based, or blockchain-based, become the norm. The goal is not only convenience: it is also about building an infrastructure that ensures transparency, traceability, and integration with other initiatives such as decarbonization, AI, and those linked to Society 5.0.
