Why is the Indian middle class migrating to Dubai & Singapore? โ๏ธ๐ผ
Because our politicians have mastered a tragic magic trick: European-level high taxes combined with absolute third-world infrastructure.
Look at the graphic below. It is a financial horror story. ๐
The scariest part that the remaining 27% isnโt a "General Category quota" at allโit's an open merit pool.
Anyone from the 73% can slide into the remaining 27% if they score high, but a general category kid can never enter theirs. We pay 100% of the taxes to build these public institutions, but our children are left fighting. It's structural extortion.
@talk2anuradha Politicians want 100% of our tax money right on time, but then they lock our kids out of 73% of the seats. It is an absolute joke that the general category is forced to fund the system like an ATM, just so politicians can buy votes with freebies
The ultimate paradox of modern Indian governance is watching the state machinery celebrate record-breaking GST collections crossing โน2.04 lakh crore, while the actual citizens funding it are squeezed to the absolute bone.
Look at the brutal reality hitting your wallet right now:
๐ Retail inflation has officially skyrocketed to 5.54%, driven by a brutal 7.74% surge in daily food costs.
๐ฆ The RBI just hiked repo lending rates to 5.50%, making your EMIs, home loans, and car loans instantly more expensive.
๐ธ You are forced to pay European-level direct and indirect taxes, only to get third world infrastructure.
We are paying first-world taxes today for a movie that releases in 2047, while literally swimming through flooded potholes. If the state expects clinical compliance and immediate payments from our wallets today, we deserve immediate accountabilityโnot a 20-year placeholder on a calendar.
Why do politicians love the years 2047 and 2056? Because itโs the perfect accountability shield. By the time 2056 arrives the current ministers wonโt be in power, the bureaucrats will be happily chilling on their pensions, and the taxpayers who funded these announcements will be senior citizens. It's a brilliant business model. You extract up to 30% income tax right at source from a tiny tax payer class, slam them with heavy indirect taxes on everyday survival, and give them zero social security in return.
@ChopTricho yes always spread the awareness as many things people don't how system designed by politicians is squeezing middle class taxpayers day and night.

You cannot build a global superpower by penalizing merit, breaking the backs of the productive workforce, and treating the unreserved taxpayer like a bottomless ATM. True nation-building requires absolute structural transparency and an end to this exploitation.
๐ฅ If you are tired of being the invisible engine that gets bled dry while politicians live in luxury, smash that follow button. Letโs make the middle-class voice impossible to ignore. โ๐ (5/5)
๐จ THE DUAL-FACED EXTRACTOR: The systematic bleeding of the honest Indian taxpayer. ๐จ
On public stages, politicians preach about a booming, merit-driven nation. But behind the curtains, the system operates like a clinical revenue engineโmilking the middle class dry while erasing their future.
A brutal breakdown of the structural trap. ๐ (1/5)

๐ What They Enjoy Behind Closed Doors
โข The Freebie Vault: Billions extracted from your hard work are routed directly into competitive regional populism to buy vote banks. ๐ณ๏ธ
โข The Elite Immunity: Public servants remain shielded by laws requiring prior government sanction before corruption investigations can even begin. ๐ผ
โข Enforcement Gaps: You get clinically audited for micro-discrepancies, while basic ground checks fail to stop rampant food adulteration. ๐ถ๏ธโ (4/5)
We taxpayers get this big blow every single day from your politicians. Day and night, your politicians come to ask like beggars for our hard earned money just so they can live a lavish and luxurious life. You are snatching every single penny from a minuscule, tiny salaried population, all while massive political party and agricultural income stays 100% tax-free.
Directly naming the PM, Amit Shah, and Ajit Doval is a massive escalation. But these are incredibly heavy allegations to throw at the Chief Election Commissioner without presenting immediate, rock-solid evidence on the table. If thereโs proof of pressure, show the public. Otherwise, it just erodes faith in our institutional pillars. ๐ฎ๐ณ
@pushpendrakum Why risk billions competing with Elon Musk when you can sell ice cream and data to 1.4 billion people with zero competition? Itโs just easier margins. But jokes aside, India desperately needs a sovereign social media app that isn't controlled by Silicon Valley.
The hardest pill to swallow as an honest Indian taxpayer is realizing that the system aggressively collects your money but refuses to invest in the nationโs future.
While historical Economic Survey baselines place our national research and development spending at a stagnant 0.64% of GDP, even the latest Department of Science & Technology reportsโwhich generously include foreign corporate research hubs operating hereโshow we barely touch 0.84%.
Look at how we stack up globally against actual manufacturing and tech powerhouses:
๐ฐ๐ท South Korea โ 4.91%
๐บ๐ธ United States โ 3.48%
๐จ๐ณ China โ 2.43%
๐ฎ๐ณ India โ 0.84% (Even in our best-case estimate)
We are aggressively milking the domestic middle class and salaried professionals for revenue. But instead of routing that hard-earned capital into cutting-edge labs, advanced technology infrastructure, or deep tech research, billions are systematically poured into short sighted political freebies just to win regional elections.
You simply cannot build a global superpower on the backs of an over-taxed workforce while leaving your domestic research sector to survive on crumbs. True nation-building requires actual structural vision, absolute meritocracy, and long-term asset creation. ๐ธ๐ฎ๐ณ

This isn't even an unpopular opinion; it's a brutal economic fact. Future superpowers are built in scientific research labs, not through short-sighted political freebie schemes.
We wonder why our top tech talent, engineers, and scientists leave but the math makes it obvious. We invest a microscopic 0.64% of our GDP into actual R&D. The honest middle class pays massive direct and indirect taxes, only to watch that capital get funneled into buying votes rather than building domestic industries, tech infrastructure, or deep-tech innovation. It is a complete misallocation of public wealth.
Post-retirement legal immunity for top officials is wild. A salaried middle-class person gets automated tax notices and heavy penalties if they make a tiny mistake on their ITR filings. The system demands 100% compliance from us. But the people running our big public institutions get special laws to shield them from accountability? If the common taxpayer is pushed for absolute transparency, public servants should be held to double the standard.
If the real target is the common citizen, then the system is doing an incredible job hitting it every single day through the tax system.
The everyday middle-class taxpayer is constantly targeted with skyrocketing indirect taxes, relentless fuel surcharges, and direct income cuts, all while receiving zero institutional accountability or safety nets in return. Political rhetoric is fine, but the harsh truth is that no politician acts as a shield when it comes to draining the finances of honest citizens. We are the target, but only for revenue collection.
Look at these massive numbers, but then look at the absolute state of the infrastructure in these exact cities.
Mumbai and Bengaluru generate trillions in economic output, and their citizens pay some of the highest direct and indirect taxes in the country. Yet, every single monsoon, the roads turn into swimming pools, traffic completely paralyzes the economy, and basic public amenities are non-existent.
Where is all this tax money actually going? The middle class is essentially funding a first-world economic engine while living with third-world public infrastructure. The lack of institutional accountability is staggering.
@IndianGems_ โShow me one damaged vehicle.โ
While Nitin Gadkari keeps repeating this challenge, the auto industry body SIAM itself wrote to government flagging a huge increase in fuel-system failures after E20 became mandatory. Then they quietly retracted it. What changed?
