Pick up a pen and paper and write a letter to a friend or family member. We all know that it's hard to keep up relationships in lockdown and something like a letter can feel a lot more important and special than a text message.
Lockdown task for today: write a letter to your future self! You could include things you’re grateful for, something you’re looking forward to and something you want to do more of. Then you just need to set a date whether it’s a few weeks from now or a year and keep it safe!
Lockdown task for today: Think of a compliment you could give someone today. It could be a family member, a friend or a teacher! Compliments have a positive impact even if you are just giving one.
