Interim Afghan FM accusations of supporting ISKP are theoretically undesirable and practically impossible.
ISKP, an offshoot of ISIS, can't be instrumental for Afghan's neighbors owing to the ideological gap, historical record and inviable exit strategy.

1. Jirga: A congregation of local elders to amicably settle a dispute.

The word 'Jirg' comes from the Turkish meaning 'Circle', as the elders sit in a circle, symbolising equality among the participants.
