It is technically possible, and it is operationally necessary. A simple update to the @airindia booking portal to allow online PwD document verification would change lives. We are waiting for this digital integration. Make it happen.@MoCA_GoI @DGCAIndia

@airindia See respected sir/ madam I he PWD certificate is authorised certificate verified and signed by head of the dept of govt district hospital some are surgeon they explicitly written that no need of reverification, and we don't think air india have expertise bigger than the surgeon
