1/ As part of the #VDSF capacity sharing efforts, the VDSF, in cooperation with the Centre of Competence on Humanitarian Negotiation (CCHN), organized a Peer workshop on Humanitarian negotiations In Gaziantep on 14/15/16 November 2022.

2/ With the participation of 22 organizations' representatives, the workshop covered the following topics:
Supporting humanitarian workers in planning and conducting negotiations in humanitarian contexts.
- How to analyze the environment in which the negotiations take place.

- كيفية تحليل البيئة التي تجري فيها المفاوضات.
- تحديد دور وتأثير أصحاب المصلحة المعنيين.
- وضع استراتيجيات مختلفة لتحقيق أهداف التفاوض
- التعرف على البعض من الأدوات والأساليب الإجرائية لدعم عمليات التفاوض.

1- بهدف بناء قدرات المؤسسات في المفاوضات الإنسانية، نظّم منتدى أصوات لأجل المهجّرين السّوريين بالتعاون مع مركز الكفاءة في مجال التفاوض الإنساني CCHN ورشة عمل أقران حول التفاوض الإنساني. عقدت الورشة في غازي عنتاب في 14، 15، 16 تشرين الثاني- نوفمبر 2022،

بحضور 22 ممثلا وممثلة من القيادات العليا الفاعلة في المفاوضات مع أصحاب المصلحة وفي مجالات، البرامج، المنح، السياسات والمناصرة في المنظمات المحلية السورية. من أهم النقاط التي غطتها الورشة:
- دعم العاملين في المجال الإنساني في تخطيط وإجراء المفاوضات في السياقات الإنسانية.
