Because so many people have recently shared that they’re on Bluesky as an alternative to this cesspool of a platform (no thanks due to someone with the initials of E.M.), guess I’m here to say that I’m feeling inclined to use it myself… at least, as an alternative.
The sheer arrogance is disgusting. If you don’t give a shit about your consumer base, why should I give a shit about your products? I grew up with PS1 but I just don’t see myself supporting PlayStation as a platform any more if this is how little they think of their audience.
And I don't say this as any alternatives are better in this regard; I say it all as stop detecting me logging in from a separate location when I have been using the same PC for years to log in and that I have not moved locations.
End of thread.
Okay, so I guess I have to come out of the woodworks now and post something because I guess this site seems to favor people actually posting on it. (a🧵)
If I log in through my PC, I LOG IN THROUGH MY PC. Do not pull shit believing that I am logging through a completely separate location from where I live and notify me every time it happens.
I was thinking about this decision a lot in the past few weeks, and quite frankly, it isn't very welcoming on this site anymore. [THAT OTHER SITE] may have flaws, but at least my smaller following there means a generally more "pleasant" experience for me.
Much as I won't care about the future of my account here asides from liking some posts every now and then, think this will be the last time I'll post on here before locking this up for good. I'll still be on [THAT OTHER SITE] though, so all future posts will be on there instead.
No matter what happens tonight, let's all be grateful that there are games out there that were worthy enough to be nominated for awards in the first place.
I find it very suspicious how unlocking characters in Kirby Air Riders is a lot slower than I anticipated. The fact I haven't even unlocked Magolor yet makes me wonder how much more effort I have to put in just so I can unlock the achievements that gift him.
Ah yes, I have to remind myself that next week marks when people can finally put an 8-year wait to rest.
And there's reasons why you should never reveal your games too early.
So first impressions of Kirby Air Riders... pretty good! I know that I only started, but in due time, I can see myself playing this daily until I fill out as much of the Checklist as I want.
Not sure if I said this in the past, but I wished there were more Switch 2 games that I would be interested in. Since so many of those third-party titles are available on game-key cards and that few first-parties are of note to me, I feel like I should ask for recommendations.
I know that it wouldn't be out of the ordinary for me to think that Kiefer would be expanded upon, but I'm interested to see what direction they'll be taking him in this time around.
A spark of curiosity leads to a journey that crosses oceans and transcends time.
#DragonQuest VII Reimagined arrives on Thursday, February 5, 2026! Pre-orders are now available!
Enough is enough.
Call someone and tell them that you love them.
Help those who obviously need help.
Stop praising those who put others down.
Do everything you can to give power to the powerless.
Don’t wait for the world to change.
Be the change.
I hope that Kirby Air Riders will do as well as I hope it should do. Considering people are gonna want Sakurai to move on to develop another Smash Bros., I hope that his first game for the Switch 2 isn't completely overshadowed.
According to Dragon Quest VII Reimagined Producer Takeshi Ichika, there is a new ending if certain conditions are met:
"Reimagined follows the narrative of the original story, but depending on some of the player choices, players will get to see a new conclusion that's never been seen before in previous iterations.
So, even players who have played previous versions of Dragon Quest VII, they'll still get to have this fresh narrative experience with Reimagined."
