Haven't installed Alice: Madness Returns since building this computer. They finally took out that stupid action of having to sign into an EA account to play it, even if you have it on STEAM.
THANK GOD.
That was the most annoying thing to do everytime I wanted to play it after a reinstall.

The Friday the 13th game I mentioned, came out in 2017, didn't hear about it until..2020, so 3 years in, the server lasted for about 8 years officially shutting down in 2025.

So with that being said, what makes a successful game that the servers contiune to go on, like Dead by Daylight. Similiarly like a game called Deceit.

Deceit you are in a open lobby with open mics, similar to Friday the 13th, except the difference in this is there is 9 players and the roles.

This game also came out in 2016 and closed the orignal serves for the first game in 2025 (Servers still active due to Deceit 2 which released in 2023 - game is free - extra packs are cheap to buy for skins)

Roles included (With one new one that I didn't know of, must be new)
Infected - 2 out of 9 players have to fool the others and kill them without being caught mid transformation (Like Among us)

Innocents - 6 out of 9; survive and do your objectives

1 new role - Cursed - cause chaos for a unique escape? which is completely new to what orginally it used to be.

What makes a game like these 1 v 4 contiune to thrive?

Recently found that Game Informer has a website. I remember getting these in the mail when I was younger, my dad getting them so he could see the new things in development.

Apparently next month, a Friday the 13th esk game is being released except it's Michael Myers, and it's called Halloween..

Reminder for myself.
Do not work with Artists that do not have a clear portfolio anywhere.

Work with those who have a clear portfolio whether it be on Vgen or a clear trail of art posts on their own accounts with steady art styles, but also offer the services on a verified Art website like Vgen.

Always do extra searches on the art pieces if they look way to inconsistent.
