Catalyst path. Primary calendars, not a coin call.
Wed Oct 7, 2:00pm ET: FOMC minutes for the Sept 15–16 meeting (Federal Reserve).
Wed Oct 14, 8:30am ET: September CPI (BLS). Same day, Fed Beige Book.
Wed Oct 28, 2:00pm ET: FOMC decision and press conference (meeting Oct 27–28).
Dates are the research. They are not a bitcoin or ether target.
Educational only — not investment advice.
Flows, divergence. Farside’s table, not ours.
U.S. spot bitcoin ETFs, Fri Oct 2: +$189.9M. U.S. spot ether ETFs, same session: −$37.4M.
Week of Sept 28–Oct 2 on their rows: bitcoin +$241.1M, ether −$138.1M. Monday Oct 5 is still dashes — session not complete.
One week of flows is not a cycle call.
Educational only — not investment advice.
Volatility, relative.
Deribit BTC DVOL, hour starting 10:00am ET Monday: closed 36.19. ETH DVOL, same hour: closed 48.84.
Ether’s implied strip is still priced richer than bitcoin’s. That is a relative read, not a pair trade, and not a target.
Educational only — not investment advice.
BTC, structure.
Coinbase BTC-USD closed the UTC day of Oct 2 at $84,504.88. The Oct 4 UTC day closed $86,507.11. At 10:13am ET Monday the Coinbase ticker was $86,635.54.
That is a weekend reclaim of Friday’s close. It is not a floor, and it is not a target.
Next dated Fed print: FOMC minutes, Oct 7, 2:00pm ET.
Educational only — not investment advice.
Method, not a signal.
One question: after Friday’s bitcoin range, did implied vol reprice? The paid note is a re-query of the Coinbase candle and Deribit DVOL. The fee is for that note. It is not a forecast.

Rates, level. Not a coin.
Bitfinex’s Oct 1 note: the 10-year real Treasury yield reached 2.90% on Sept 28, from 2.44% at the end of August. Their figure, not ours.
It does not say bitcoin must fall, and it is not a live yield from this morning.
Their next test is whether that real return is still the constraint into CPI on Oct 14.
Educational only — not investment advice.
ETH, level.
Coinbase ETH-USD, UTC day Oct 2: high $2,776.80 in the 4:00am ET hour, low $2,650.00 in the 2:00pm ET hour, close $2,668.13 at 8:00pm ET.
The high did not last the day. That does not make $2,650 a floor, and it is not a target.
Next dated print: CPI, Oct 14.

Catalyst calendar. Bitfinex’s Oct 1 note, not our dates.
Next two weeks on their list: Michigan survey Oct 9, existing-home sales Oct 13, CPI Oct 14, PPI and retail sales Oct 15.
They place the FOMC decision on Oct 28, and September PCE on Oct 29, the morning after.
Dates are not a bitcoin call. This post does not carry their pre-payrolls rate odds.

BTC, level.
Coinbase BTC-USD closed the UTC day of Oct 2 at $84,504.88, 8:00pm ET Friday, under the high of $87,249.05.
At 4:23am ET Saturday the Coinbase ticker was $84,575.91. A later print, not a new close.
Neither print is a level to trade. The afternoon low is not a floor.
Next: CPI Oct 14. FOMC Oct 28.
Educational only — not investment advice.
BTC, volatility.
Coinbase BTC-USD, UTC day Oct 2: high $87,249.05 in the 8:00am ET hour, low $83,850.02 in the 2:00pm ET hour.
Deribit BTC DVOL, same UTC day: high 36.65, and the 23:00 UTC hour closed 34.82.
The range was wide. The vol index finished lower. That does not say the move is over, and it is not a target.
Next dated print: CPI, Oct 14.

402 isn’t a slogan — it’s the price tag on the call.
Agent asks → sees cost → pays USDC → gets structured research back.

BTC is settlement gravity in crypto — educational frame only.
Agents still need a research rail beside it: call → 402 → USDC → answer.

Before: unpriced chat — long, hard for an agent to reuse.
After: call → 402 → USDC → structured research it can invoke again.

ETH + Base is where agent identity and USDC micro-pay actually meet — educational product context, not a trade idea.

What a priced research call returns (demo/mock shape — not a customer quote):
• Thesis in three lines
• Evidence bullets (sources when search is live)
• “Re-query if X changes”
Agents get something they can invoke again — not a chat scroll.
