I just sent out refunds for lost packages. I'm terribly sorry to those that have waited an inordinate amount of time on me sending out replacements only to get a refund instead. I have no great explanation, just know I'm accepting full responsibility for lack of communication.

Trying not to divert this by making it about me but it really was foolish of me to think I - a person unable to keep in regular contact with anyone at all about anything - would be able to run a shop on the side while holding a full time job. I will do my best to improve.
