@BoCamaro Its insane. The reason softball is so popular is because its not baseball. WBB would be insanely more popular if it was actually tailored for women.
@ZehDuck@Vol_Baseball I mean changes always need to happen, but everyone is too hard on Elander right now.
Jay Johnson and Tim Corbin are easily top 5 coaches right now and neither of their squads even made the field. Baseball is hard, we'll be alright.

Again eastern Tennessee had little to no slavery. And thousands of soldiers fought for the union the state was almost split a perfect 50/50 during the war. But, if I agree with your take for arguments sake, why dont you think that the people that currently reside in the state have not changed over decades?
You're orginal reply tries to paint the whole state as a bunch of kkk racists, when in reality the state wasn't even as racist as youre making it out to be now, during the time of the Civil War.
Plus I don't think this boycott the SEC thing is a good argument given that NIL has given black athletes the opportunity to make millions whilst playing in the SEC.
I mean if you're problem is with the modern confederate flag then some simple history would go a long way. The modern flag that is often flown didnt exist during the war and was instead a memorial symbol for fallen soldiers in the early 20th century. And at the time was not controversial across party lines.
However, in 1948 southern democrats rebranding themselves as "dixiecrats" rebranded the flag as a part of their campaign to resist desegergation.
Modern southerners who fly the flag are actually returning to the orginal intent of the flag as just a memorial symbol of their late relatives, or they fly it out of pride for the south in general.
