This Thursday at 12pm, we’re running a free group call, mainly for British traders and investors.
We’ll be hammering home a few key points about the upcoming market and hedging political insanity.
Like this post and I’ll drop you the link.
Replay will be available but if you don’t show up live I won’t be able to answer your questions 😉
@Daniel_Mirescu Just one guy’s opinion on the topic
Very doomer, very bleak, and disappointingly seen by a lot of people who will remain fearful forever
D'ailleurs, la taille du spread franco-allemand à long terme pourrait même devenir un problème pour l'Allemagne pour financer sa dette car, en l'absence de risque, les prêteurs prêtent aux pays avec des meilleurs taux.
Yeah they sort of did, up to about 27/28x on average (plenty of individual stocks were obvs way higher)
Price led earnings all the way.
Now earnings have caught up to price and if you're being REALLY picky you could say that some of the E is from private equity stakes, which are at risk of re-rating lower etc...
Keeping it simple tho, monkey brain say: been a while since the green line's been above the white one!
I think that with all the doomerism going around, today's the perfect day to introduce everyone to 'Kevin' from chapter 19.
H/t to @VolaTim for suggesting the character 🫡
@Sherborne_Cap Fantastic chart - question of "will earnings keep growing and at what rate" is still gonna dominate, but at some point, it'll simply become too enticing to ignore
@conksresearch@Namzes_G All this work just to become a forex furu
“No it’s not forex Tim, it’s cross-currency basis”
Sure Conks. I see you buddy. I see you.
'irrational selling'
There is nothing irrational about selling.
The market is the market and not reality.
Over the long term the biz case matters but the short term, you're at the mercy of market dynamics/mechanics which are not irrational, they just 'are'.
