@airasia Ask Bo is awful. I’ve been double charged for pre booked seating. A simple human interaction would have sorted it out. Instead I’ll now need to complain and await a refund which will likely take forever

@bppulseLIVE@DianaRoss Diana was good and made the best of a bad situation. As if a venue like this can’t get the sound right and moved our seats to a bad location. Do feel ripped off to be fair.
