Blaming yourself for a loss is the most narcissistic thing you can do
“I should’ve rotated”
“I should’ve kept farming”
“I could’ve killed there”
You’re NOT the main character
Grow up, be mature, and start blaming your teammates
We have identified an issue causing Ordinance Heist to end a day early and issued a fix.
You can now still purchase Ordinance Heist items from the armory and use your keys until 8AM Pacific time tomorrow. Happy hunting.
I finally figured out something interesting about my Twitch Dual Format streaming issue. @TwitchSupport
I spent a lot of time troubleshooting because Dual Format would never go ONLINE on my main Twitch account, even though Twitch Inspector clearly showed that both the horizontal and vertical video bitrates were being received.
I tried basically everything I could think of:
• OBS Studio 32.2.2 and 32.1.x
• Aitum Vertical 1.6.4
• 1920×1080 + 1080×1920
• 1920×1080 + 720×1280
• Reinstalling Aitum Vertical
• Different Multitrack Video settings
• Streamlabs
• Streamrun
• Meld
• StreamElements
My normal 2K Enhanced Broadcasting stream works perfectly on the same PC, GPU, network, and Twitch account.
My Twitch account also shows Dual Format, 2K Streaming, and server-side transcoding as available.
The really weird part was Twitch Inspector.
For the Dual Format stream, it would show the incoming bitrates for both tracks, but things like:
Session ID: N/A
Twitch Server: N/A
FPS: N/A
Streaming Tool: N/A
Using ?bandwidthtest=true showed the same thing: the horizontal track was recognized, but the vertical track wasn't properly established.
Then I created a brand-new Twitch account and tested the EXACT same setup.
Same PC.
Same network.
Same OBS.
Same Aitum version.
Same settings.
And Dual Format worked immediately.
So at this point, I'm pretty convinced this is an account-side Twitch issue rather than an OBS/Aitum/hardware problem.
I've posted about it in the Twitch Dual Format community as well, so hopefully someone can shed some light on what might be happening behind the scenes.
Honestly, after all that troubleshooting, discovering that "new account = works, old account = doesn't" was both incredibly satisfying and incredibly frustrating 😂
If anyone has seen a similar account-specific Dual Format issue, I'd love to hear about it.
