My job used to run a promo for rewards members. 99c soda. Only one per customer. Lady came up to me with five sodas. Asked me why they didn't all go down. I explained it only worked for one of em. She kept telling me to make them all go down. Got to the point where I had to yell.

honestly if u work customer service sometimes being mean works bc one time i kept repeating the same answer ro someone and after the third time i said “Did you hear what I just said? “ and they were like “yea” so i said “ok did you expect a different answer the fourth time?”
