My journey with Valiant comes to an end after a year where we exceeded expectations from a performance perspective:

I am ready to move to Seoul, Berlin or LA to provide esports teams my experience and expertise in getting the best out of their players and coaches by:

- Developing and nurturing a cohesive team culture that enhances teamwork and peak performance
- Working with players 1:1 to help them perform under pressure, manage their goals & emotions and communicate effectively
- Measuring and exploiting data for scouting players, optimizing workload and performance on a day to day basis.
