@WDLD0712 The reconstruction in Mogadishu is mostly concrete jungle. The city is losing more of its historical charm due to these unplanned developments. They are building apartments in the old city. Unserious people.

They’re wondering how Mogadishu, a city that endured decades of war, bombings, and destruction, has managed in just a few years to develop to the point where it is now competing with their capital, which has not experienced the same level of prolonged conflict and devastation.
They shouldn’t be surprised. Somalis have helped build and develop cities across Africa. Given the opportunity to rebuild their own capital and a country with enormous resources and potential, it should be no surprise to see Mogadishu catch up with other African capitals, and eventually become one of the continent’s most prosperous and vibrant cities.
I had to interview this Somali girl for this corporate job today and she had a Somaliland flag on her wrist and I told the company not to hire her even tho she had all the qualifications and she didn’t get hired. #YAHUUDLOST#JEW#BACKTOISRAEL#HOLD
@abu_hud_ What well functioning society organises itself through a tribal system. Literally none. Ethnicity’s boundary is a byproduct of shared content(Language,History, culture). Qabiil’s boundary is the content. There’s nothing else in it to keep.
@Rambaudian@benitopacketo@trevgoes4th My phone subscription cost less than what it did in London. Yet better coverage even in the most remote parts of Africa.
