Every month I was requesting the credit for showed “no usage in this billing cycle” After 2+ hrs. of saying the same thing to 4 different people, NO CREDIT FOR THOSE MONTHS. This money is owed for a product I didn’t receive and I’m frustrated and highly disappointed. @Uverse @ATT
