@ewald_woelk@oli_tools If you count all payments to the government and government like bodies as taxes, its roughly 50% of revenue. This includes social security etc.; Same for my firm.
If you have a firm, do this: excel export all outpayments, filter the government payments, share of revenue -> ~50%
@CosmosGumis@PVLV57466317@elomaguac "Paying a cost: To pay a cost is an action required by a player in order to activate a card,
an effect, or to Summon a monster."
You as the player who activates the card, have to pay the cost, not your opponent. It is a cost to you, not a benefit.
@CosmosGumis@PVLV57466317@elomaguac Only bc it's Konkon's explicit card text.
If there is a discrepancy between the basic rules and a cardโs effect, the card effect takes precedence.
Last Turn doesn't have that card text.
@PVLV57466317@elomaguac I thought this part of the argument was alread dead. You cannot pay cost for cards your opponent possesses. E.g. if you have to tribute a monster, you can't just tribute a monster your opponent controls.
Or if you have discard cards for cost, you cant just discard your opponents
@izukiruz@elomaguac Like you said, the old UDE rulings have to be ignored.
It is Last Turn's effect that includes the special summon from deck, not cost, not condition. You can respond to Last Turn. As long as the effect mentions the special summon from deck, you can chain ash blossom.
@N3shTCG Congrats! You are one of the nicest and skilled players out there. You deserve it. Hope it gives you what you want from it. Wish you all the best!
@JQuigster Unfortunately, I have to hard disagree. Very disappointed about their game design decisions set 4/5 onwards. Feels extremely poor, especially compared to other tcgs. set 1 and set 3 were great.
@WorldChampTrey It sounds great that burn/time cards are dead. No more stalling and cowboy/hugin/dogwood/... for game. Extra Side Deck/Extra Deck slot. Heavily disincentivizes terribly slow decks that relied on a time con.
