Where was our Orange County Sheriff? Thank you AG Uthmeier for bringing more awareness to this issue. I’ve done computer forensics. The threat is real; both online & when predetors are bold enough to meet their victims. I will stand shoulder to shoulder with you or any FL AG!

Thank you @FHPOrlando for monitoring the crowd near the #crosswalk at Orange Ave/Esther, altered with chalk, & then paint. We don’t need anymore #taxpayer money used to restore a crosswalk back to safety standards. Arrest if necessary for 316.0775. #orlando#fhp
Relevant Laws for Enforcement
Florida Statute 316.0775
Florida Statute 806.13:
Florida Statute 316.191
Florida Statute 316.2045
Florida Statute 316.003 defines an “official traffic control device” (markings on a crosswalk) and “crosswalk.”

👋 @FHPOrlando pls visit crosswalk @ Orange Ave & Esther St. Officials openly inciting unlawful interference w/ a traffic control device. Enforce FSS 316.0775, 316.191, 316.2045. Sheriff & OPD refuse to stop this intersection takeover by crosswalk chalk scribblers and painters.
@GovRonDeSantis@AGJamesUthmeier#Orlando City Commissioner Sheehan & State officials incited & continue to incite constituents to commit unlawful acts. It’s unacceptable. Send in @FHPOrlando to enforce FSS 316.0775 w/ penalties frm FSS 806.13 - felony.

As a retired @OrlandoPolice Detective and candidate for Orange County Sheriff, this post, recognizing the proper actions OPD Officer Toliver makes me very proud. Following the U.S. Constitution, Following the Law. Thank you Kait for posting about good work! #orlando#goodwork
🚓Calling all active & retired law enforcement officers, Supporters of Law Enforcement! The LEOSA REFORM ACT cleared the House. Now in Senate Judiciary. Call your U.S. Senator. Tell them to pass this reform! Your support brings more common sense & protection.
#LEOSA#FOPStrong
@SheriffMina misled @AGJamesUthmeier & public in blaming @SAO9Circuit for case backlog, despite OCSO's policy mandating deputies file non-arrest misdemeanors. OCSO accounts for 43% of all backlog cases in circuit—230+% more than @OrlandoPolice. Sheriff caused majority of backlog!
FDLE opens Law Enforcement Accountability Dashboard" (LEAD) for concerned law enforcement officers to anonymously report a law enforcement agency or correctional institution for not enforcing state immigration laws.
“This reporting system will provide a direct channel for officers and employees to report any failure by their agency to comply with Florida’s immigration enforcement policies,” Executive Director Keefe said. “Let there be no misunderstanding—Florida law will be enforced.”

Campaign Announcement: I’m in for 2028!
The Orange County Sheriff’s Office is in serious need of new leadership. Neither the current sheriff nor his command staff should be elected to lead because most have contributed to the office’s ongoing dysfunction. There are operational inefficiencies, transparency issues, and unfair disciplinary actions that have lowered morale among deputies along with actions that have placed the public at risk. More on those debacles later.
A sheriff should be reasonable, fair, and committed to upholding the law while also being capable of administering the agency effectively and efficiently. These are basic principles that I will follow when elected as the next Sheriff of Orange County.
Recently, Sheriff Mina and his administration created mass confusion over immigration enforcement. Last year, Governor DeSantis made it clear that changes to immigration laws were coming, yet the sheriff continued to operate as if nothing would change. Initially, Sheriff Mina stated that immigration enforcement should remain a federal responsibility. However, shortly after, he signed a 287(g) program agreement with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), allowing deputies to assist in immigration enforcement. This contradiction undermines transparency and erodes public trust.
As a result, many residents, both legal and undocumented, have become uncertain about how Sheriff Mina’s vacillating policies would affect them. Even lawful permanent residents in Orange County are left feeling unsettled. This uncertainty causes fear among Orange County’s immigrant communities. This kind of flip-flopping doesn’t just create confusion, it destroys trust. Clear, consistent communication is essential for maintaining trust, and that is something the current administration has failed to provide, over-and-over again.
Orange County deserves better. I’m here to deliver.

I look forward to debating Sheriff Mina or anyone who chooses to run for Sheriff.

Congratulations brothers in blue on your contract raise but let’s not forget the deputies and dispatchers. Higher wages are still necessary for recruiting and living in Orlando. As a Sheriff candidate and REALTOR in the know, I will advocate for wage increases to OCBCC in consideration of actual housing costs. I will find a way to budget an increase in wages as Sheriff!
If approved by Orlando City Council, OPD Officers will earn $65,000 a year.
Now, consider the cost of living in Orlando where the local median sale price of a home is $379,039, income needed to afford median home $111,364, monthly mortgage payment on median income home $2,615.16, local median household income is $71,857, with a house affordability ratio of 155%!
Still need that $10 donation to the campaign. Donate at https://t.co/3Lua6yhkx4. Vote Bill Moore for Orange County Sheriff. Thank you.

I am asking each person to donate $10 as soon as they see this post and then Re-Tweet it.
Unfortunately, it costs money ($13,000) to get your name printed on a ballot (“qualifying”). Please donate at https://t.co/3Lua6yhkx4! This must be done by June 1, 2024. There is a pathway to victory but this is the first hurdle.
If you are an Orange County Sheriff’s Office deputy or employee, then please donate. If you are afraid of retaliation from the current administration then encourage a friend or neighbor to donate.
I can say to each deputy and employee that the workplace environment will get better with Bill Moore as your Sheriff. There will be no favoritism. You can ask anyone. I am a man of my word. Day One - Binding Arbitration will be in place.
I can say to each resident and business owner: You will be safer than ever before and you have no idea how vulnerable you are right now.
Asking for money is the worst part about campaigning but it’s a necessary evil to offset campaign costs for qualifying fees, signage, stickers, etc.
Thank you in advance.
