It was a great weekend full of Women’s Democratic Club of Utah’s “Woman of the Year” Award to Brandy Farmers, a Legislative Town Hall, “Meet the Candidate” event, and topped off with an incredible performance of Swan Lake with my daughter.

Busy day at the Capitol with 2 bills I’ve been helping with heard in committee. This was an incredible day for child victims of abuse, as both HB432 and SB205 passed unanimously from their committees. I may have shed a tear or two from joy and relief.
