I'm David Stumbo - a lifelong conservative Republican, career criminal prosecutor, and proud supporter of @realDonaldTrump - and I am running for South Carolina Attorney General!

Great afternoon at Wade’s Restaurant in Spartanburg with lots of great conversations and encouragement from voters.
The momentum continues to build, and our message of being a career prosecutor and lifelong conservative Republican is resonating across South Carolina. We also enjoyed stopping by Fox Carolina for an interview with Justin Dougherty as we continue sprinting toward Election Day on June 9. Let’s finish strong!
Spartanburg, it’s your turn!
During this final week of the campaign, we have been making our way across South Carolina, and I am looking forward to meeting with community members and leaders in Spartanburg tomorrow at Wade’s Restaurant!
If you are in Spartanburg, I would love the opportunity to meet you and share about my vision as the next Attorney General.
Yesterday started with attending the Gold Shield Day Recognition Ceremony hosted by Upstate Warrior Solution, honoring the brave law enforcement officers who made the ultimate sacrifice and the families who carry on their legacy.
Then it was off to Pickens County, where I was honored to spend the day alongside Pickens County Sheriff Tommy Blankenship, one of 19 sheriffs across South Carolina proudly endorsing our campaign.
We had the opportunity to meet with community members, connect with local leaders, and visit some great local businesses that help make Pickens County special from Holly Springs Country Store to Pickens Ace Hardware, and finishing the day with a stop at Joe’s for ice cream.
Thank you to Sheriff Blankenship for his support and to everyone who took the time to visit with us. I’m grateful for every conversation and the opportunity to hear directly from the people of South Carolina.
I am ready to bring experience, leadership, and results as your next Attorney General of South Carolina.
My experience in prosecuting hundreds of criminals, child molesters, domestic abusers, and drug traffickers is why I have 19 sheriffs and 5 solicitors across South Carolina endorsing my campaign to be Attorney General.
Another full day on the campaign trail!
Really enjoyed being at the Oconee County Republican stump meeting and Freedom Farm Fest hosted by the Fourth District Republican Club yesterday!
There’s nothing better than spending time with people who care deeply about protecting our freedoms, upholding our values, and fighting for a stronger future.
Grateful for every conversation!
Onward!!
What a great night in Aiken!
Thank you to my friends Andrew Siders and Aiken County Sheriff Marty Sawyer for hosting such a wonderful evening, and thank you to Spa 106 for the incredible venue.
It was great seeing so many friends and supporters, including endorsers Jody Rowland, Sheriff of Edgefield County, and Representative Bill Hixon.
With only 10 days until June 9, I’m enjoying every opportunity to meet voters, hear your concerns, and feel the momentum growing.
I would be honored to earn your vote and serve as your next Attorney General.
It’s Debate Day! Tune in tonight at 7:00 PM on SCETV. I look forward to sharing our vision and discussing why South Carolina needs a proven crime fighting prosecutor and lifelong conservative republican leading the Attorney General’s Office. Hope you’ll join us! Watch live here: https://t.co/AUOKFrN28p
Over the last several months, Vanessa and I have traveled across South Carolina, listening to families, business owners, law enforcement, and community leaders talk about what they want for our future.
Early voting begins today, and runs through Friday, June 5th - and polls are open 8:30am-5:00pm. Find your closest early voting location at https://t.co/iHmwO7B5xB.
I’d be grateful for your vote for Attorney General!
This Memorial Day we honor and remember the courageous souls who gave the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country. This sacrifice secured the freedoms we cherish and enjoy every day.
God bless and protect our men and women in uniform, and may we never forget those who made the ultimate sacrifice for America.🇺🇸
Yesterday, I spent the day in Chester County alongside Sheriff Max Dorsey, visiting local businesses and meeting with community leaders to hear directly from the people who make South Carolina strong.
As I travel across our state, I continue hearing the same thing: South Carolinians want a proven crime-fighting prosecutor who will keep our communities safe and stand strong on our conservative Republican values.
I am grateful for Sheriff Dorsey’s endorsement and continued support. Thank you for your leadership and for the opportunity to spend time with the people of Chester County.
With just 23 days until the June 9 Primary Election, the momentum is undeniable!
Winning yesterday’s straw poll in Aiken County is another strong sign that conservatives across South Carolina are ready for bold leadership and a proven fighter as our next Attorney General.
I am incredibly grateful for every supporter standing with us. The best is still ahead!
From Myrtle Beach to Greenville, we spent the day connecting with South Carolinians who care deeply about the future of our state. We were proud to support the Tunnels to Towers Golf Tournament, spend time with the Horry County Republican Women, tour the incredible Veterans Welcome Home Center, and finish the evening at the Get Connected event in Greenville. Every stop along the way was a reminder that people are ready for strong leadership, safer communities, and an Attorney General who will fight for South Carolina every single day. The momentum is real, and we are just getting started.
On this Mother’s Day, I’m thanking God for two incredible women who mean so much to me - my mom, Debbie, and my wife of 26 years and incredible mother to our four children, Vanessa. Your faith, strength, and grace are a blessing beyond measure.
I’m deeply grateful for both of you.
Happy Mother’s Day!
It was a great morning spent with a room full of conservative patriots in Spartanburg at the CAmP meeting today sharing why I have the best background and vision to be South Carolina’s next Attorney General. Appreciate everyone who came out and the many great conversations throughout the morning!
It was great to be home this week at the Abbeville GOP meeting, sharing our vision for taking statewide to the Attorney General’s office the great things we’ve been doing in the 8th Circuit for the past 14 years!
Thankful for the fearless leaders of this group, Ms. Virginia Boyd and Ms. Janice McCord, who run a great county party and have been longtime friends.
I am looking forward to being in Greenville tomorrow evening.
Join me at Stax’s Diner from 5:30 to 7:00 PM for a Meet and Greet with special guest Sheriff Hobart Lewis.
I would love the chance to meet you, hear your thoughts, and talk about the future of South Carolina.
I’ve spent my career - decades - as a career prosecutor. And I’ve spent my entire life fighting for our conservative values. As Attorney General, I will be ready to lead the battle in the courtroom to end racial gerrymandering once and for all in South Carolina. It’s long past time for common sense Congressional districts lines in our state. Redraw the lines, Legislators - I’ve got your back.

The business community in South Carolina needs strong leadership, commonsense policies, and an Attorney General focused on protecting jobs, supporting economic growth, and upholding the rule of law. That’s why I was excited to join Joel Davis and many other leaders at JDavis Construction. I appreciated the opportunity to hear directly from those creating jobs and driving investment in our state, and to share our vision for keeping South Carolina moving in the right direction as we head toward June 9.
