The traffic in and out of Letterkenny only appears to get worse. We are a Gateway town to the North-West of Ireland. I propose a Park and Ride for Letterkenny to ease connection and extension of the civic dollars programme to include those walking, cycling into town
Children and young people in Letterkenny can join activities and clubs but it comes at a cost. There are very few free options available for parents who must ‘Pay to Play’ for activities and recreation. I would like to see an increase in spaces/events that are free for families
A great afternoon today delivery my How to Vote workshop. Ireland uses a the Proportional Representation- Single Transferable Vote (PR-STV) system. I am asking you for your no1 vote this Friday, if you cannot give me a no1 vote then consider me for a 2 or a 3. #votethoiba
It is clear that the government are starving Letterkenny University Hospital of services and staff. I propose an injury unit to be established at LUH, to bridge the gap between NowDoc and A and E. The injury unit could attend to patients with non-life-threatening injuries
I’m endorsing @VoteThoiba for Donegal County Council.
Thoiba’s commitment to community and her experience as a peace-builder are unparalleled. She understands the needs of the community and will ensure every voice is heard in Letterkenny and Donegal.

For the past 14 years, Muslim Sisters of Eire has tirelessly served our community, providing aid to the homeless outside the GPO and in many other meaningful ways. It has been our honor to support and uplift those in need, and we are committed to continuing this vital work.
Recently, we have been the target of racial comments and attacks by the far right. We want to make it clear that while we welcome constructive dialogue and diverse opinions, negative and hateful comments will not be tolerated. Such comments will be deleted, and the individuals responsible will be blocked.
Our mission is rooted in compassion, unity, and service. We thank you for your ongoing support and encourage everyone to stand together against hate.
With gratitude,
Muslim Sisters of Eire
