I’m honestly really surprised at the lack of innovation at this AC. Anticipating the metagame correctly is a skill so I’m not discounting the work folks put in, but it’s kind of shocking to not see a single new deck or any significant new tech emerge.

I wrote another article (link in comment) this type a more theoretical one, about how to think about and build decks that try to leverage a resource advantage.

This includes both Demilich and Gran-Gran and I think illuminates a lot of the questions I have gotten about them.
