1. A guarantor locks $USDC behind you, for a set amount and term. It earns $USYC yield the whole time.

2. You receive an on-chain guarantee letter. Anyone can verify the funds are locked, no gas needed.

3. No claim at term? The capital returns untouched. A claim? A dispute window opens, then arbitration.
