@SamuBaaa Related pty debt was fully reslved. 10M CAD was injected into Company. Ind. directors sold debt to a 3rd pty. ALAW settled with the 3rd pty. at a PREMIUM. The debt buyer was a savvy RE invstr and attny so they knew NOW money gets premium discount.
