We transformed the Nangloi Flyover with our volunteers, artists and the community, with support from PWD for materials and maintenance van for collecting waste.

Proof that with a little effort and collective action, even the most neglected spaces can get a second life.

The Hon’ble LG appreciated the Foundation’s youth-led initiatives in cleanliness, waste management and environmental sustainability, and encouraged the team to undertake more projects with active participation from citizens and RWAs to build a cleaner, greener and more sustainable Delhi.

आज चिल्ला गांव में यमुना घाट स्वच्छता अभियान में बड़ी संख्या में युवा साथियों, स्वयंसेवकों और स्थानीय नागरिकों के साथ श्रमदान करने का अवसर मिला।

यमुना दिल्ली की स्मृति, संस्कृति और जीवनधारा है। इसे स्वच्छ और निर्मल बनाने के लिए दिल्ली सरकार वैज्ञानिक, स्थायी और व्यापक स्तर पर निरंतर कार्य कर रही है। स्वच्छ घाट उसी संकल्प का सजीव प्रमाण हैं।

सेवा के इस अभियान से जुड़े प्रत्येक स्वयंसेवक को हृदय से धन्यवाद। मैं दिल्ली के प्रत्येक परिवार से आग्रह करती हूं कि किसी भी दिन थोड़ा समय यमुना के नाम अवश्य निकालें। अपने बच्चों का हाथ थामकर किसी घाट पर चल रहे स्वच्छता अभियान से जुड़ें।

आने वाली पीढ़ियां यमुना को वैसा ही पाएंगी, जैसा हम आज उसे सौंपेंगे। यही हमारी जिम्मेदारी है, यही हमारी विरासत है।
