@FoodProfessor One thing that u haven't mentioned that these cow diets r 100% vegetarian made up mostly of forages and byproducts from human food consumption,Eg. Each cow eats daily
58kgs forage
16kgs of grain
0.2kgs of palm
No animal byproducts
We should be celebrating dairy not shitting on!

@BurtwistleIan @FoodProfessor @SimonSomogyiAFI Consumers have already been helped by supply management, the CPI for dairy increased 1-3% this year in Canada (Stats Can), while in the USA it increased by 5.7% according to the US Bureau of Labour Statistics. Just another way supply management works for producers and consumers.
