Yes he did ... All know even those paid ones who said otherwise. Now action on violence FCRA and govt to make it terror to plot unrest, be funded or conspire with enemy state. Catogarise nations enemy adversary, of concen and friend to define action of treason. I knew it wld happen but the govt needs to plan d way ahead. But if streets and few start to decide the course, where is democracy where is constitution. This is standard set and now AAP and Congress shld sack their education mnister. I understand the imp. of walking back few steps to move 10 steps forward bt the govt. needs to address the violence and anti India forces. This cld means a win but the govt needs a larger focus to go out. All of this is hijacking d direction n comms.
