I booked a fight on June 21st and cancelled it within 24 hours. I was told I'll get a refund in 7-10 business days.

Boarded @Delta flight in GRR to ATL. The gate agent in GRR told us we'll be put in a hotel as the delay was due to Pilot shortage.
When I spoke to the agent in ATL, the delay was magically changed to weather related delay and they have denied us accommodations.

Sad part is, you book delta expecting great customer service and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any airlines.

Will I-797 approval be considered as a valid proof of residency in the US for Iceland Schengen, if the H1B stamp is expiring in less than 3 months of departure date from the Schengen area?

I understand the 45 business days timeline would make sense for disputed claims.
This claim was promised by United's rep when I changed my airport. Seems like a standard request. Not sure why it couldn't be done in 5-7 business days.

I was just informed the reimbursement processing will take 45 business days.
This processing time seems obnoxious.

Why was I allowed to book a ticket out of MKG in Sep, if they knew MKG was going to be discontinued from Oct 1, 2022?
