Finally managed to finish @VampireSwansong, and wanted to provide my honest review. First, the things I didn't like.

@VonAether Nice! Nothing I ran into was game breaking, but I enjoyed the game so much I'd probably give the whole thing another play through, with the bug fix patch, after I've had a palette cleanse.

Overall, because of the lack of combat and some design decision, I think this game is not for everyone, which is apparent from a lot of the other reviews. Personally, I thought it exceeded at what it was trying to do, and had everything I really wanted. 9/10

The story did not blow me away, but the slower pacing jived with me and the atmosphere was stellar. The really dramatic scenes were used sparingly and the impact was lasting.
