Well, mere understanding of this gives you the ability to โplayโ with procrastination and appreciate it for doing good for you, while asking for another way to keep you protected from the pain of disappointment while you're taking action towards the achievement of the goal.

Goals give aim. When a goal is aligned with your core human needs, the world shuts down. Silence becomes a thing, focus becomes a byproduct of it and success becomes a byproduct of focus. ๐
Procrastination is how our psychology saves the goal from dying. Action and execution expose the flaws of the goal and kill its perfection, procrastination keeps it alive and perfect. Why is this important? ๐
This is why visualization and manifestation are handy to a very small degree. I was visualizing my program and 85,000-word script for years.
However, until I sat down and wrote it, somehow nothing happened.

Why is this important?
Well, you have to be very careful, because setting โtheir goalsโ won't get you far. ๐
The very nature of goals implies commitment and allocation of resources - time, energy, effort, and later money - towards achieving the desired outcome. It can vary in strength, but it must be present to some degree. ๐
