Different parts of India are witnessing soaring temperatures and the challenges that come with it. This heat is harsh on all of us and I urge you all to take as many precautions as possible. Please stay hydrated, keep water with you when stepping out. Offer a glass of water to others. In weather like this, such kindness goes a long way.
Our response to media queries regarding unwarranted references to Indian Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir in the Joint Statement between China and Pakistan ⬇️

War has been chosen by Pakistan when they had an opportunity to keep quiet.
They have escalated to save it’s terrorist assets, speaks so much about them.
Our forces will reply in the most appropriate manner, a manner Pakistan will never forget.
2.5 lac Indians travelled to Baku ( Azerbaijan)
2.75 lac Indians to Turkey…
Just remember this while planning your next travel.. there are better places in India and globe.
Also let’s try n reduce Chinese products as much as viable/possible over time.
Let’s do our bit!!
Azerbaijan and Turkey earns lot of money because of Indian tourists. These two countries are blatantly supporting Pakistan and have taken strong anti India stance.
It makes sense for tourists from India to boycott these two countries. We should not fly Turkish airlines too.
Azerbaijan's regional rival Armenia and Turkey's regional rival Greece have always been pro India. They are supporting India in current standoff too. Also Greece and Armenia are excellent tourist destinations.
Let us enjoy the hospitality of our friends and shun those who are supporting our enemy.
‼️The probability of a conflict between India and Pakistan escalating into a nuclear phase is a question that understandably worries many today. Yet, the current geopolitical context makes such a grim scenario extremely unlikely.
India 🇮🇳 stands today in a dramatically stronger position than in previous decades, anchored by a solid square of international relations. Its deepening ties with the United States 🇺🇸 under President Trump, with bilateral trade aiming at record $500 billion according to JD Vance during his recent visit to India, mark a historic high.
Parallel to this, India is engaged in Free Trade Agreement talks with the European Union 🇪🇺 and is a central pillar of the IMEC Corridor project connecting Europe, Israel 🇮🇱, Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦, and the UAE 🇦🇪.
Strategically, India’s partnership with Russia 🇷🇺 has not only held firm but has been further deepened. Russia has become a strategically important oil & fertilizer supplier and still accounts for a large share of the arms sales. ‘The International North-South Transport Corridor (INSTC), linking India to Russia via Iran 🇮🇷, has been operationalized, and the historic Vladivostok–Chennai maritime corridor, rooted in Soviet-era planning, has been revived for the modern needs.
Even China 🇨🇳, Pakistan’s closest economic and strategic partner, has proactively sought to normalize relations with India and visa versa. High-level meetings between Prime Minister Modi and President Xi Jinping have led to a careful disengagement along the disputed borders, signaling a desire to reduce tensions on both sides. India is an active member in BRICS+ and SCO.
At the same time, the international community 🌍 has become highly sensitized to the threats posed by terrorism. Following the brutal Hamas attack on Israel, the Crocus City Hall attack by ISKP in Moscow, and a shocking series of more than 120 terrorist incidents across European soil in 2023 alone - 6 fatalities and 12 injuries resulted from jihadist attacks, the deadliest form of terrorism in the EU, the world’s tolerance for states enabling terrorist proxies has dropped to near zero. European Union agencies recorded 426 terrorism-related arrests, with jihadist actors representing 78% of all cases, in 2023. These are staggering numbers affecting not only Europe, but with tentacles in th MENA and South Asia.
In this context, Pakistan 🇵🇰 finds itself more isolated than ever before. Should it seek escalation above the threshold of kinetic warfare, it would stand largely alone, with little international sympathy and facing massive diplomatic, economic, and possibly military repercussions.
Indian leadership, meanwhile, holds in its hands the tools of strategic patience, foresight, and wise statecraft. Escalation can and must be carefully avoided. Should credible and plausible evidence emerge that Pakistan orchestrated this gruesome terrorist attack against Indian Hindus in Kashmir, it would merely confirm what many in South Asia already perceive: that Pakistan is rapidly becoming a failed state.
In sum, while limited border skirmishes or tactical airstrikes cannot be entirely ruled out, the probability of a nuclear escalation remains extremely low - a testament to India’s maturity, its global stature, and its far-sighted leadership.
This is the best 10 mins of tariff discussions
- How stupid it has been
- How it has been allowed to pass thru despite checks and balances
- How dirty it's been for insiders (something which I've often highlighted)
Telangana is 3% of our country's population. In land area too, it's roughly 3%. NCBN is the founder of today's modern Hyderabad. KCR hugely developed the city.
The current year GDP is expected to be $190 billion making it 9th largest in the country. It's percapita is highest among large states in the country. The state has a huge potential.
But the biggest challenge is Hyderabad metropolitan area alone contributes 54% of Telangana's GDP. 65% of state's GDP comes from services, primarily driven by IT sector. Huge concentration in one city and one sector may prove to be risky.
The state needs to diversify across industries and districts.
Why does he have to appear on this show which is intended to heckle the guests, put them on the defensive and through aggressive questioning treat them with disrespect?
As a former CJ of SC which is an exalted position why seek to validate your intellectual prowess by showing you can handle tough interrogation by a foreign journalist?
Why the need to prove yourself?
I can’t imagine the CJ of the US or the UK accepting to be interviewed by a gadfly Indian journalist.
