i still think it's really funny that the ending of dmc1 involves dante renaming his shop to "Devil Never Cry" and then it's never brought up again in any of the future games. like he had the name for a week and he was like "no you know what, this sucks. devil may cry was better"

L taking complete advantage of Light's overconfidence by using Lind. L .Tailor as bait to NOT ONLY deduce how Kira can kill people, but narrow down his location to the Kanto region was the most insane shit on my first viewing
