Hello @CentrFit , it seems like I’m being ghosted after I was wrongfully charged for your annual subscription. $119. I never used the product and cancelled it but still was charged. I opened a case but now answers now for almost two weeks. Next steps?

@Alistai86748505 @madebygoogle @googlenest I’m not alone. 😂 my nest wifi does not work at all with the pods connected. I disconnected my two pods so I can have some Internet.

@googlenest @Harleydadd No one in support has been able to help. No tier 1, nor tier 2 support or managers. No one can tell what is going on with this Wi-Fi system. I wonder if it works? Or if I should just give up and buy something else.

@googlenest @Harleydadd I have the same problem with my google nest wifi, one router and two pods. As soon as I connect the two pods nothing works. All of my devices drop their connections intermittently and devices can’t even connect to the network. I have a few support cases open since Oct 2020. 1/2
