In the basement they denied him food and water. They tortured him every day until one day he blacked out and nearly died.Fearing that Sam Mugumya might die in their hands they smuggled in a doctor who offered painkillers.However they resumed torturing him repeatedly and one day when Sam asked for water after them torturing him.They made him drink his own urine...

Sam Mugumya is currently believed to be held at Lunyo/Kasenyi Basement in Entebbe with hundreds of other political prisoners.This basement is headed and commanded by Muhoozi and a one tall muhima/Munyarwanda military goon whose real names, we are still looking for.

These goons are unimaginable bloodthirsty monsters.They are demons, cruel serpents who do not deserve to live among humans.Sam Mugumya we are praying for you. God will see you through. We will overcome this repression one day! Hang in there.!

Last week @PFFUganda and other 7 Political Parties engaged with the Uganda Human Rights Commission to discuss the gross abuse of human rights in Uganda! We are yet to see whether the meeting will translate into measurable protections for citizens.

The costs for Ugandans seeking change has been immense. Many have been maimed and many have been killed.There are enforced disappearances,unlawful detentions, abductions by unmarked vehicles (drones) and detention in unofficial safe houses and basements.

The breach of the 48-hour constitutional limit on detention without charge.

Civilian trials in military courts with opposition Leaders and activists arraigned before the General Court Martial.

Prolonged pre-trial remands amounting to political imprisonment.The civic and media space continues to shrink with restrictions on assemblies, religious gatherings and press freedom,including interference with independent media outlets.

The political discrimination and bias in public employment and procurement against non-NRM Ugandans which contradicts Article 21's guarantee of equality.

The militarization of civilian administration with armed forces deployed into ordinary civic and policing functions.

Judicial processes are under threat,pressure on judicial officers when evaluating bail applications and rulings. political dissidents are viewed through a security lens,undermining judicial independence and the constitutional right to bail.

The @UHRC_UGANDA is in disarray and no meaningful change will emerge,the fact that we met and engaged with them is a positive step.

Dr. Moses Mukose the @PFFUganda Governor for Busoga Region is currently being detained at Mulago Police Station.

He had gone to visit Dr. Besigye who is still admitted in Mulago hospital,He is being charged with disobeying lawful orders.

As I mentioned to you on Thursday night,the public is not allowed to move around or be near the floor, ward or wing where Dr Kizza Besigye is being held,as it is heavily guarded by armed Men.!!
