The Centennial Trail will be closed between the Mirabeau Park and Islands Trailhead beginning Oct. 21. A utility line that runs under the trail has failed in this area, requiring emergency repair work. The repair work and repaving are expected to be completed by Nov. 9.

West Beach at Deception Pass will close to vehicle access for maintenance and repair work on Mon., Oct. 14. Only pedestrians will be able to access this area. The area is expected to reopen Thurs., Oct. 17.

The Cornet Bay boat ramp at Deception Pass will close Sunday, Sept. 22 at 7 p.m. to replace a power line. It is expected to reopen Tuesday, Sept. 24 at 6:30 a.m.

The road to Mount Pilchuck State Park will be closed from Sept. 9-11, while the @forestservice and @waDNR complete culvert construction. This work will update the drainage infrastructure to reduce the risk of erosion and help keep the road, and access to the park, in good shape.
