At #CCPCJ35, three resolutions to stop organized crime have been adopted:
1⃣ Preventing the sexual extortion of children
2⃣ Ending human trafficking for forced criminality
3⃣ Preventing and combating fraud
UNODC will support countries to turn these resolutions into real impact.

The Ghana Immigration Service (GIS) has rescued 112 suspected trafficking victims and safely repatriated 105 foreign nationals following an intelligence-led operation in Asankragwa. K
Initial screening identified 110 Nigerians, one Beninese, and one Cameroonian, all female, aged between 12 and 38. They were later transferred to a holding facility in Greater Accra for further processing.
The operation, carried out on May 20, 2026 by the Asankragwa Sector Command, targeted premises suspected to be used for commercial sexual exploitation.
