Awesome family holiday to @EnergylandiaO , Hyperion and Zadra are two world class coasters, Zadra is my new #1 coaster! In areas the Park is really nicely presented, you can see a lot of care and passion has gone into this place.
The Black Hole at Alton Towers closed 21yrs ago yesterday. The ride itself only operated for 21yrs in total.. it has now been closed for longer than it operated for! How??
Digging around my collection for some old BH merch
The things you find under the floor of a boat, including an old drinks quencher, a bottle of water, a candy tube, some bolts and washers and an old pound coin (does that mean technically it only cost me ยฃ799?) #ManWithAFlumeBoat
I removed 8 big buckets of water from the back of the boat, but every morning more water appeared. I decided to take the floor boards up, another 5 buckets of water discovered and we are nearly dried out #ManWithAFlumeBoat
Last week I won an Alton Towers Flume Boat on Ebay! It has now
safely arrived at its new home ready for a bit of TLC , follow for progress :) #ManWithAFlumeBoat
@yrexperienceg@Greg_Pearn@DavidMcCubbin77 I have conflicting information from people involved in the project suggesting that WGH used the existing log flume boat chassis as a base. I can't see any evidence of this on my boat, but I do question what happened to the original boats, any ideas?
If I hadn't have bought the trolley I think we would have been stuck, these don't move easily. It still took three of us to roll it back into my garage even with the trolley. It also looks a lot bigger when it is in the garage, fills the space!
The boat weighs over 250kg /550 pounds and is 4ft wide by 12ft long. It has 8 wheels (4 rolling wheels & 4 side guide wheels). I bought two dolly trolleys off Amazon to lift the boat onto, these should make it easier to move around.

@LuSchmoo Thanks, I will know how to do this for next time. The photos are the flume boat on the back of a truck, it being lifted off onto my drive way using a crane and the boat now sitting in my garage! Much bigger than expected!
