Charity begins at home, but what about those people without a home? We are setting up a charity in West Berkshire to assist the homeless back into a home.
Please accept this as an invitation to all those that were involved with the success of the Night Shelter and all those that used the facility to attend a social evening at the Salvation Army Hall tomorrow Wednesday 4th April between 7pm -10pm
Our first evening Bitesize taster session for Recovery in Mind will take place on Tues 20th March at 6pm - hope it might be a helpful time for people who are working in the day or with caring responsibilities. To book take a look at our website. pls RT. @WestBerksPH

(5/5) Finally, one of the most important things you can do is simply stop and talk to someone. Rough sleeping can be an isolating, devastating experience – a shared word could make all the difference. For further advice visit: https://t.co/0NcDA2Vt9x
(4/5) If someone appears to be in immediate danger you should call 999.
If you are worried about someone’s being at risk of homelessness, direct them to @Shelter Housing Advice Helpline on 0808 800 4444.
If the person is young you can find advice on the @centrepointuk website.
(3/5) Due to the cold weather, emergency winter night shelters should be in operation. Visit the @HomelessLink directory which lists homelessness services in your area: https://t.co/YJcWl0rZM8
(2/5) If you're in England or Wales contact @Tell_StreetLink - an app and helpline that connects rough sleepers with local services: https://t.co/9RanBhsQ9q
If you're in Scotland, contact your local council
(1/5) Snow is falling across the country, leaving thousands of rough sleepers exposed to freezing temperatures. If you see a rough sleeper today there's plenty you can do...
Another important partner in our success has been https://t.co/ZRBrZm3U0T who have kindly let us use their Hall as our sanctuary these last three months
@swiftlogistics have without fail picked up all our beds, kitchen stock and guests belongings every morning, looked after them during the day and returned them each night #madeitwork
