@wcanimalcenter has increased the refundable humane trap rental deposit from $50 to $100 due to traps being lost or damaged beyond repair. The deposit is fully refunded when traps are returned in good condition.

Free straw is available on our front porch to help insulate outdoor pet shelters.
Reminder: Use straw—not blankets, towels, or hay. Those materials can trap moisture and freeze, and hay can mold.

Thank you to the Franklin Fire Department and kennel technicians for their swift response to a small fire contained to a dryer Sunday. All animals and staff are safe. While it smells like a campfire, the air quality is good, and there was no damage.

Our next rabies and microchip clinic at @wcanimalcenter is 6/29 from 9am-11am. Rabies shots are $10. Microchips are $15.
