Lia joined us on stage in 7th grade during Beauty and the Beast & although she was not able to perform on stage this year (due to a lead role in another show) she helped us get this show off the ground by working on crew tasks right up through tech week. We're lucky to have her!

Ollina has been a back stage tech hand with us through several productions. She has taken on roles in publicity, costume, scenery, props and basically any task you can imagine. She helps keep all the departments running smoothly and is a truly valuable asset to the team. Congrats

William joined the tech department during his 7th grade year and quickly proved to be indespensible! He works quickly, effieciently and takes on any project he is asked. His leadership skills kept back stage right together through numerous set changes, prop & costume organization

Gavin has been delighting us onstage since his 6th grade year with his attention to character detail and ability to adapt to any onstage mishap. He has truly grown into a magnificent leader in the past few years, and his performance as The Cowardly Lion was just delightful.

Today, Ludwig's students and staff were able to get a sneak peak at OP's rendition of "The Wizard of Oz". What a great performance! Best of luck to all performers on your productions this Friday and Saturday!

Cadence has been with us since 6th grade playing Kelsi in High School Musical. Since then she has delighted us with roles in Peter Pan (Curly) & Beauty and the Beast (Belle). She will be playing the role of Dorothy! Just like her ruby slippers, Cadence is a gem and a delight.

Danika joined OP Drama in 6th grade with High School Musical and has been with us ever since! They have grown so much throughout their productions playing a basketball player, pirate, villager, and now joins us as Nikko the Flying Monkey and as The Mayor of Munchkin City.

Maddie has been in every one of our shows at OP . Since that show, she has been a true example of teamwork & dedication. She brought to life the roles of Nana (Peter Pan), LeFou ( Beauty and the Beast) and now the Cowardly Lion. Maddie is also the President of OP's drama club.

Caroline, who has been involved in 3 musicals at OP, joins us as Aunt Em. Caroline's leadership skills have been indispensable! We can always count on her to know her harmonies, her lyrics, lines, & perform them all with heart & soul. We've been so fortunate to have her with us.

Anthony can always be counted on to do any important task we need done. He's a true tech chameleon, easily moving through each department getting the job done. We've been so lucky to have him join us for Wizard of Oz. The show wouldn't be as successful with out him! Congrats!

37 Ludwig Beginning Brass students playing their first notes. They learned how to put their instruments together, take them apart & put them in their cases the correct way, produce a “buzz” on their mouthpieces. We ended by playing a few "notes." It was quite the exciting day!
