@4golfonline@hnasdad Most players developed their swing practicing with flight restricted balls on driving ranges. They don’t need a different swing. They will struggle with yardages but claiming they have trained one way and changing the ball invalidates this is silly.
@alexelliottgolf I always told my players, “I don’t care if you shoot a thousand, just do it quickly.” For the most part they do. Slap a stroke limit on (double par, circle 10) and keep things moving.
@LouStagner One lightning strike and the whole tournament waits in the post storm sun for power to be restored so scoring can continue… Kind of an extreme example but golf should require zero technology to be played.
@MyGolfSpy Kind of depends on the hole. A blanket statement of “always hit driver off the tee because stats” is silly. There are three holes on my home course that require something other than driver. Sure you can hit driver, but the giant bunker, Bern and waist high grass awaits…
@zheinold1014 Hoofer Lite for a 14 year old. They will last forever. I have used Titliest, Sun Mountain and Ping with high school teams. Will only buy Ping these days.
@PhilMickelson So Biden hired competent vaccine scientists during a pandemic, then these people got together and created a company that to research/produce vaccines for Zika (side effect is microcephaly in newborns) for which there is no current vaccine? This is bad?
@MyGolfSpy Wore Contours for years then they made them super soft and I got Plantar Fasciitis. Switched to Adidas Tour 360’s for a bit but kept tearing the heel out. Then 2 pair of ASICS BOA (discontinued). Currently back in FootJoy Pro SLX. I walk and so far they have been good.
