@DanaGricken Agreed... For me, it is the heart palpitations, the feeling that at any moment you will have a heart attack. Also, the feeling that they're foreign objects crawling under the skin. Anxiety is a constant fight; the right mental methodologies can help, but it is never easy. 😊
