I'm trying to set up a @Facebook account for my grandparents so we can see them for COVID, but after making one mistake, I'm now locked out, and it just WILL NOT allow me. I've tried their "ID process", but no one responds. Can anyone help???

@WestJet I'm just #disappointed, @westjet. When you tell us it was a staffing issue that you couldn't us back on the air, and 200 people's plans are affected because of your staffing issues, AND THEN saying it's "out of our control", that's what's frustrating. #sad #badservice

@WestJet Hey @westjet. Your agents THREATENED to call the police when the passengers were upset that the flight is cancelled! This is after you told us that it was happening. Then saying it's "out of your control" when you couldn't get a crew in is super upsetting, with no compensation!?!
