The Master, David Adams attended an extraordinary lecture on 16 Nov offered by the Worshipful Company of Firefighters. The speakers were 3 brave men who work for UK International Search & Rescue the team of first responders to earthquakes around world.

Female members of the Company were strongly in evidence this week as we turned out at our annual Ladle Dinner to show our support and thanks to the Immediate Past Master Paul Nash and Senior Steward Malvern Tipping for their service over the past year. What a great night it was!

Only one day into the job as Plumbers' Master, David Adams was at Mansion House last week for a rare visit to the City by the King and Queen. The Dinner was to "mark the contribution of the civic institutions of the City of London to the Coronation of Their Majesties".
