Yes. My daughter was on a plane - 1hr 1/2 flight only on Dec 19 & into Dec 20 - for TWELVE HOURS. She sat on a tarmac in Calgary for 3 and on a tarmac in Vancouver for 71/2 hours. In the dark. No food. And you lost her bag. What are you going to do about it @WestJet #westjet

@WestJet My daughter's flight from Calgary Dec. 19th: WS127 - on tarmac in Calgary for 3 hours then on tarmac in Vancouver for SEVEN AND A HALF HOURS. Then: NO BAG. So far, customer service has been horrific!! #westjet

My daughter's flight was cancelled by @WestJet . She was rebooked to fly to a different location. She spent 3 hours on the tarmac in Calgary. An hour & half flight to Vancouver then 71/2 hrs on the tarmac there! No bag. No reimbursement for incidentals. RADIO SILENCE #WestJet 2/2

@thalys_en Thalys cancelled my tix June 17th train from Amsterdam to Paris with only a few days notice! I bought them in Feb. I’ve booked accommodations and had other tickets for Fri. No more trains that day and only tickets Sat morn for 3X the price! Now what @thalys?
